My name is Angel Alicea. I have many years of experience in tax resolution work. Like many baby boomers, this is my third act. After graduating from Colgate University and Harvard Business School, I worked for several large companies, including General Electric, Avon Products, Price Waterhouse and Bloomingdales. Several years ago I secured my credentials to become an accountant.
I still live in the tri-state area; Westchester, New York, to be specific. Our kids probably go to school with your kids. We might even run into each other at the supermarket. I’m not looking to churn through customers just to earn a fee for filing the right forms; anyone can do that. What I want to do is help you achieve the right solution for your situation. I may help a lot or I may help a little, but it will always be my best effort.
I am an experienced accountant and tax resolution expert. While not every accountant can be a tax resolution expert, every tax resolution expert should be an accountant. And accountants are best equipped to ascertain the financial impact of your situation.
But life experience counts too. The IRS and state tax authorities are comprised of human beings, human beings who cover the spectrum of competency. You want your representative to not only understand tax regulations, you want them to understand people. When Tax Resolution New York fights for you, it’s not adversarial. I know the government has to do their job, and as citizens of this great country, you, have a responsibility to pay what is required, or what you can afford.
I conduct myself honorably within the letter and spirit of my professional credentials. I don’t need consumer rating services to gauge my commitment to customer service and results. I follow the ethical guidelines set forth by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.
